Too much heat gives me headache! Hence I see to it that I always drink lots of water when it feels very hot. Water can regulate our inner cooling system. Aside from that, I guess it would really help more if I could just manage to stay in really cool place. I do not have any problems with that when I am just at the office building, however, once you drive home, you cannot just avoid the heat. To prevent this from happening, one should make sure that the air conditioning compressor of your car is working. However, if you are having problem with yours then I suggest you check http://www.discountacparts.com. They offer A/C Compressor and other AC parts at affordable prices. Say goodbye to too much heat and relax while you drive home.
Is it hot in here, or is it just me?

Hi Elaine,
I assume that the heat you’re describing is in the Philippines. I would most certainly agree about the heat intensity from my experience having lived and worked in Manila.
I remember clearly feeling the heat penetrate the skin on my hands. Strange though, since it is all islands in the Philippines and the country is not located close to the Equator like where I am in Malaysia.
Perhaps a different diet during the hot seasons might help keep the body temperature lower.
God Bless you Always!
