I have a friend who is a movie junkie. Whenever I ask her if she have seen such and such movie at the theater, she would say yes. I think she watches them all on the first day. Okay, that may be an exaggeration, but she would have seen most of those movies being shown in a week. Last time, she texted me and asked me if I wanna see a romantic comedy. Finally, I am glad she could go to the movies with me and my other friend. When I got there, I learned that it is the third time that she would see that movie in the theaters. She must have really a lot of money to spend for the movie tickets. lol
Personally, I prefer to watch the movies at the comforts of our own home. But, sometimes movies with big effects are worth-watching at the theaters. How about you, where would you rather watch a movie?
Somehow, movies are best watched at theatres. It’s a different atmosphere and the sound system does have a lot to do with the enjoyment.
I spent a large amount to set up a movie theatrette at home complete with a projector (not a reel to reel projector) and a 7 piece sound system. It still does not beat the movie theatre.
Then I did the maddest thing after that. I had another set of cables wired from below to my bedroom upstairs. All I needed was to shift the projector to my bedroom and I could watch Movies while in bed. Ha ha ha. Didn’t work well because often I would fall off to sleep.
My vote: Movie Theatre
