When I was a kid, I enjoy assembling a jigsaw puzzle. Right now, I do not buy them anymore, I just look for online games. Being able to put the pieces together and see the bigger picture gives me a sense of accomplishment. But I do not think I would be able to put together the world’s largest jigsaw puzzle which is consists of 1,141,800 pieces on my own. Well, it took the 15,000 enthusiasts only five hours to assemble the world’s largest jigsaw puzzle in the southern German town of Ravensburg. It was approximately 6,500-square foot (600-square meter) puzzle which nearly covered the town square.

The result has beenĀ  submitted to the Guinness Book of World Records. A spokeswoman from GuiinessĀ  said Monday that the Ravensburg claim had been submitted but was not yet approved. We’ll hear from the m soon. ;)
