We stopped by the grocery store today and as usual, I do not forget to buy yogurt. I really love the taste of yogurt. But more than that,  I regularly eat yogurt because it keeps me healthy. Because of the added cultures in the yogurt it’s a good source of  calcium and protein. Yogurt also contains lactose which aids in calcium absorption. According to reserach,  eating yogurt regularly helps boost the body’s immune-system. My favorite is the strawberry flavored yogurt.
