When some people feel depressed, they turn to emotional eating. Unfortunately, I am one of those people. I eat a lot when I feel sad to supress emotions that I do not want to feel.What I do is I tend to eat more and before I know it, I have eaten more than I should. In times like these, I need an appetite suppressant. However, it should have been better if I learn to control my emotions more instead of using food to get over a negative feeling.
