Eating at fastfoods, drinking alcoholic drinks, and indulging into anything that’s oily, or very sweet is good once in a while. I must say I am sometimes guilty of that. However eating unhealthy food everyday is synonymous to abusing our body.  That’s why if we think that there’s too much unhealthy elements in our body,  it’s good to detoxify.
