Otto, a dachshund-crossterrier, is officially the world’s oldest living dog. He is 20 years old and eight months. That is equal to 140 in dog years. Otto is owned by a British couple, Peter and Lynn Jones. The previous record holder is a 21-year-old white-haired dachshund named Chanel, who passed away in September.
