Staying Fit

A few months ago, I started working out at the free gym at our job. But due to my busy schedule and lots of excuses, I did not continue with the sessions anymore. But I am planning to be more focused on exercising regularly because I feel like I am gaining weight. A lot of people notice it too.

The gym at work is not that big but the equipments are good. They have treadmills, exercise bikes, complete set of dumbells and many more.

Taking A Break

One of the ways to de-stress is by taking a break and spending time to relax. For me, the best way to do this is by convening with nature. Where else can you feel the water splashing against your body, the sun kissing your skin and the wind blowing your hair. but at the beach? While browsing online, I came across a site that recommends Outer Banks vacations. North Carolina seems to be an interesting place. I should let my friends know about this. :)
