Toned Legs

There’s something really sexy about the legs of runners and cyclists.  They really have toned legs. That’s something I want to achieve but without working out, I highly doubt that I can have a legs like those athletes.  Running has always been the top fat burner for me. I guess I should start training on how to run long miles now, so that I would be able to do one of my dreams. That is, to run in a marathon.
