Last night I decided to remove ads from blogs that do not generate online income for me. I removed the Entrecard widget. I also removed Google Adsense from this blog and some of my other blogs. Don’t get me wrong, I love Adsense! I only retained Adsense on my blogs and web sites that have very high traffic and give me a decent income from Adsense every month.

However, I added Amazon widget to see if Amazon ads would work on this blog.

Bluehost Webhosting Account Renewed

Since I received payment from one of my online money-making activities today, I was able to renew my Bluehost webhosting account for three months. I can now take this off from my to-do list. I can be forgetful when it comes to deadlines that’s why I have to make sure that I blog about them to serve as a reminder.

I have been blogging for a while now. I also worked for clients that requires creation of new websites. Most of the time, their aim is to make money online by promoting their products.

Reminder – BlueHost Webhosting Account Expires in 60 Days

I received a reminder from BlueHost today that my web hosting account with them is set to expire 60 days from now. My membership with them started June of 2008. I am one of their thousands of satisfied customer. I am not exactly sure how many BlueHost subscribers exist, but one thing I am sure of is I am extremely happy with their service and their customer support.

This post serves as a reminder so that I will not forget to renew my account with them.

Be More Organized

As for my blogging activities, it has been a good start for me this year. This blog may not have increased in Google Pagerank during the last update, but some of my blogs have shown a satisfactory increase.

What I promise myself is to be more organized with my blogging activities.I just have to make sure I put reminders in my desktop about the assignments I need to finish. If my online earnings would be steady, I plan to purchase a laptop computer as an ultimate reward at the end of the year.

Renewing My Domains

I am sticking with Bluehost for my webhosting needs. I renewed my domains with them a few weeks ago. Although, Bluehost is a little bit more expensive than other hosting providers, I am satisfied with the service they had been giving me for over a year now. Also, their 24/7 customer support is easy to reach and they are really superb.

I don’t have plans to move my blog sto other web hosting providers. That will be such an arduous task. Besides, I am happy with Bluehost. Take note, this post is not some kind of paid promotional ad for them. I’m just glad to say, I have not encountered any major problem with them.

Entrecard

Due to a lot of changes in the Entrecard system the past few times, I decided to slow down with my Entrecard activities. When I heard that a new company has acquired Entrecard and it seems that there are promising improvements with the system, I told myself, why not give it another try.

I was surprised to see I still have more than 10,000 EC credits on my account. I’m wondering where should I allot this credits, I can use it to advetise my blog on other blogs and this should be helpful with my blog exposure.

Waiting for Entrecard Cashout

Whenever I log in to my Entrec ard Dashboard, the firts thing that I would always check is the status of the cashout. If I am not mistaken I applied for cashout more than a week ago, but it still says “Cashout application waiting”. I am just wondering who had been paid at the moment. If you had been paid, feel free to share it here. Cheers!

Here’s something from the EC blog that may give more light to those EC members waiting for their cashout.

Our new community support algorithm is going to determine the priority with which you can cash out your credits. It is also going to eventually help determine your rank in our member directory. The main factors it will take into consideration are:

1. How many cards you drop / how frequently
2. % of paid ads you approve
3. % of Entrecard ads you approve
4. Listings you create / completed sales in the market
5. How many credits you transfer to others (indicative of contests, tips, and generosity)
6. % of credits you spend on Entrecard ads
