A few days ago, we were watching a body building contest at home. Looking at the physique of the contestants, it must have really taken a lot of hard work for them to have those big muscles. Most of them have well-defined biceps and triceps. They have to-die-for abdominal muscles. Aside from rigourous workouts, I think taking a testosterone booster can help maintain a figure like that.

Whenever I watch body building contests, it reminds me of Arnold Schwarzenegger when he was younger. Arnold holds the record for being the youngest Mr. Olympia title holder at the age of 23.

Apparently, I am having a new addiction. I stay up late tweeting about celebrities I like. Never had I been such a fanatic until I learned about Greyson Michael Chance. He is such a talented kid. You guys should listen to his cover of Lady Gaga’s Paparazzi. The video of the said cover reached millions of views on YouTube. He was amazing on The Ellen Show. I hope he would have more guestings and performances. Like most Greyson fans, I can’t get enough of him.

Big Apple is a moniker for New York City. The nickname was popularized by sports writer John J. Fitz Gerald. If there’s a Big Apple, there must be a Little Apple isn’t it? Actually, Manhattan, Kansas, is being referred to as “The Little Apple” in its promotional literature.

Going back to Big Apple, it’s an ultimate dream of mine to be able to step in this city someday, and see tall steel buildings around me.

I saw her in a movie for the first time when I watched Malena. The picture above wherein she’s smoking cigar is a scene from the said movie. I think the picture would look a lot better if she’s smoking cao cigars. Anyway, in my opinion, Monica is one of the most beautiful women I have seen on the big screen. She’s oozing with sex appeal. You might have seen her also in the Matrix Trilogy.

Cleaning Up My Keyboard

I can’t stand a filthy keyboard. Do you wait for the dust to accumulate in your keyboard? There are instances that the keyboard had to take those accidental coffee spills. It’s advisable to clean them regularly.

How do I clean my keyboard? I turn it upside down and gently shake the dust off the keyboard. I wet cotton buds with alcohol and run them in between the keys. I also wipe the keys with alcohol.

Before you plug it back, wait for the keyboard to be completely dry.

Forget about her ex-boyfriend suing her for unpaid royalties. Let’s just watch her latest music video with Beyonce. The video was weird but that’s the reason why I love it. Does the setting (in the jail) has anything to do with a boyfriend not paying attention to you on the phone? Nothing really. But this video rocks.

The asteroid hit the planet with a force a billion times more powerful than the atomic bomb at Hiroshima. The extinction of the dinosaurs gave way to humans being the dominant species on Earth.

The scientists that conducted the study were from Europe, the United States, Mexico, Canada and Japan.
