When people ask me what’s my secret to beautiful skin, I tell them I take vitamin E daily! Vitamin E nourishes the skin. I used to have a very dry skin and the improvement has been noticeable since I started taking Vitamin E. It’s not only about the creams and lotions that we use that keep our skin glowing. Proper diet and exercise gives us a healthy complexion. I see to it that I take my vitamins everyday to keep my healthy and energized.

Sound of Music is one of my favorite movies. I have watched this classic movie, over and over again. The songs in the movie I memorized by heart. My Favorite Things is my favorite song!

I am really glad that the cast of the movie would be reuniting on the on “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” The entire cast of the 1965 Academy Award-winning movie musical will guesting on the show on Friday, Oct. 29, 2010. Expect a performance from The von Trapp Children, which features members of the real von Trapp family.

Breast Milk is Best for Babies

My sister complains that formula milk for babies can be really expensive. I jokingly said that she should breast feed her baby and I am sure she will save money. But I think there’s some truth to what I said, isn’ t it? The fact that breast milk is claimed to be the best for babies, it’s free and always available, what more can we ask for?

However, the decision to breast feed or to formula feed is a personal choice by the mother, and that I cannot really question.

Guinness World Records named Swallow the World’s Smallest Cow. According to Guinness, the 11-year-old cow from the West Yorkshire region of northern England measures roughly 33 inches (84cm) from hind to foot. Such a cute cow!

Body Building Contest

A few days ago, we were watching a body building contest at home. Looking at the physique of the contestants, it must have really taken a lot of hard work for them to have those big muscles. Most of them have well-defined biceps and triceps. They have to-die-for abdominal muscles. Aside from rigourous workouts, I think taking a testosterone booster can help maintain a figure like that.

Whenever I watch body building contests, it reminds me of Arnold Schwarzenegger when he was younger. Arnold holds the record for being the youngest Mr. Olympia title holder at the age of 23.

Addicted to Twitter

Apparently, I am having a new addiction. I stay up late tweeting about celebrities I like. Never had I been such a fanatic until I learned about Greyson Michael Chance. He is such a talented kid. You guys should listen to his cover of Lady Gaga’s Paparazzi. The video of the said cover reached millions of views on YouTube. He was amazing on The Ellen Show. I hope he would have more guestings and performances. Like most Greyson fans, I can’t get enough of him.

Big Apple is a moniker for New York City. The nickname was popularized by sports writer John J. Fitz Gerald. If there’s a Big Apple, there must be a Little Apple isn’t it? Actually, Manhattan, Kansas, is being referred to as “The Little Apple” in its promotional literature.

Going back to Big Apple, it’s an ultimate dream of mine to be able to step in this city someday, and see tall steel buildings around me.
