I’d rather be one of Charlie’s Angels than a beauty queen. I admire women who are tough, and have the strength to protect themselves. I did not engage into any sports when I was growing up. I regret that I did not even try at all. It was my wish to be an equestrienne, and to be able to don equestrian clothing.

But maybe, it’s not yet too late. I want to be more fit and have more stamina to be able to do sports. Hence, I am starting to workout, and I hope I can stick to that commitment.

On being a car owner, purchasing the car is just a start. The car needs to be registered and there’s also the auto insurance that needs to be taken cared of.

As time passes by, it’s expected that the car will be used a lot. It’s performance on the first year you bought it may no longer be the same after that. Hence, the car needs to have a regular tune up.

It’s very important that the car is working properly and smoothly. Remember that it’s your safety we are talking about here. What if the car suddenly malfunctions when you are in the middle of the road at a very inconvenient time? Of course, no one wants that to happen. Is your car capable of going to far places without having a problem? Can it still run smoothly after driving for hours and hours?

Give your car a boost with the help of air intake and air filter. These two work hand in hand to turn hot dirty air into the cool clean air that your engine will love. When the car engine is in its best shape, you can drive anywhere without worries. You’ll surely have a peace of mind!

When a woman is pregnant, they say she should be eating for two. However, some women make mistake of stuffing themselves too much calories without thinking if they are eating the right kind of food. To have a healthy pregnancy, it is important to eat a healthy balanced diet and also take prenatal vitamins.

When I had my first prenatal check up, I was informed that I have an iron-deficiency anemia. Hence, I was required to take vitamins with iron. Nine months later, I had a wonderful baby boy in my arms.

A few weeks ago, I decided to have a movie marathon. I watched Splice, The Departed, Shutter Island, and Blood Diamond. If you notice most of them are movies that starred Leonardo DiCaprio. When the Titanic movie became so popular, I thought that Leo will just be another handsome face in the entertainment world. But I was wrong, the dashing bachelor is really a great actor. Watching his movies, you can feel so much passion in his acting. I think he had chosen his movies well. I had also seen Body of Lies, Catch Me if You Can, and Romeo and Juliet in the movie theaters.

Fitness Plan

My sister and I agreed to have a fitness plan. We will be jogging thrice a week and we’ll do workouts together. I realize that having a workout buddy has its advantages.

Since I am skinny, I wanted to gain muscle weight. On the other hand, she is quite heavy and she wants to lose pounds. She had also been asking her doctor’s opinion on what are the best weight loss pills.

I told her that as long as we stick to our fitness plan, we will both have a healthy mind and body.

Stronger Legs

In my quest for having stronger, more beautiful legs, I would be jogging regularly starting this week. My sister agreed to go with me every Monday and Thursday afternoon. A good friend gave me exercise videos so that I can work out on my own at home. One thing I regret is that I never learned how to bike. Biking is a good exercise for the leg muscles.I want to tone my entire body but I really want to concentrate on my legs.

My good friend gave me an mp3. I am very thankful because I need a mp3 especially when I am traveling alone. Listening to music helps me deal with the boredom. So the other day, I downloaded songs to my mp3.I listen to pop, hip-hop, rnb and alternative rock.

I love hip hop music! I wish I can wear hip hop clothing but I leave that to my brothers. Whenever, I give them gifts, I would go for hip hop shirts and accessories. They really appreciate it.

United States of Tara

A good friend gave me a copy of the full season (1 and 2) of United States of Tara. Tara, portrated by Toni Colette, is a housewife with a Dissociative Identity Disorder (Multiple Personality Disorder). The comedy drama series has a very interesting plot. So far I have seen three of her alters (other personalities), T, Buck and Alice. But she has more alters as the show progresses. Gosh, I can’t imagine my mom having an MPD. But sometimes, with her mood swings, I think she does. Just kidding mom!

I recently filled up my 16GB memory card with pictures of my family and friends. Some are old photos while some of them are recent ones. I was wondering what can I do with those pictures. I decided that I am going to make slideshows for my loved ones. Burn a copy of the slideshow for them and hand it to them. I hope by doing that, I can make someone smile.

Like most people, when I am on a vacation break, I tend to forget about diet and exercise. I eat what looks delicious and I get as much sleep as I can. But now that I am back to my normal life, I need to make sure I eat the right kind of food, and also I need to work out more.

My college campus is a good place to jog. Some people go there to jog because the environment is really nice. It’s surrounded with trees and the air is so fresh.

For me, jogging is the number one fat burner, just like lipo 6 hers. Aside from its fat burning composition, it also contains vitamins that is important for the body especially during the dieting period.
