Sweet Old Memories

Lately, some of my grade school and high school classmates has been uploading old group pics of us in Facebook. It’s really funny when you look back and you realized that so much had change about your looks. No, I haven’t gone under the knife. I was just comparing how I looked like 10 to 15 years ago.

Because of these sweet old memories, I decided that I should find some old pics of me and my family and have them scanned. Save it in the flash drive and make a slideshow for my family to see. Then, we’ll reminisce together about the good old days.

Toned Legs

There’s something really sexy about the legs of runners and cyclists. They really have toned legs. That’s something I want to achieve but without working out, I highly doubt that I can have a legs like those athletes. Running has always been the top fat burner for me. I guess I should start training on how to run long miles now, so that I would be able to do one of my dreams. That is, to run in a marathon.

It’s such a pity that I haven’t been out of this city for a while. Right now, all I want to is spend time on the beach, be able to relax and forget all my worries in life. There’s something refreshing about basking under the sun and feeling the sand under your feet.

When I think about how good the water feels while playing with the waves, it makes me want to call the travel agency to check out the latest Outer Banks vacations packages. North Carolina here I come!

Acne In Teens

Don’t you wish you can go back to those years when you were a teenager? Honestly, my answer will be a big NO. The experience was great and taught me a lot of things but going through hormonal and physical changes is something that I would rather not deal with again. I think adolescence is one of those stage in our lives where we feel really insecure and unsure of ourselves.

Imagine having to deal with acne, pimple break outs, school, boys, and strict parents all at the same time. I think I spent a lot of time searching for answer on how to treat acne. There are days my face is so clear and there are days that I just want to hide from the world. Thankfully, at this time, I can now afford regular facial treatments.

Way To Go Mom

Last Monday, my mom finally opened her new shop. The store sells school and office supplies. I think it’s a feasible business in that area because it’s near three schools in our city. A public high school, and two private colleges. By the end of the month, she will also have photocopy and printing services available. I am wishing my mom the best and I am hoping she’ll have lots of customers.
